Lead the software release lifecycle for enterprise systems with PAR Technology. This remote Senior Release Manager role requires expertise in release management, AI tools, and cross-team collaboration.
As a Senior Release Manager for PAR Technology, you'll coordinate complex deployments across engineering, Dev Ops, and product teams, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions. Your experience in Agile methodologies and strong program management skills will drive effective release processes while incorporating AI innovations to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own release-level prioritization and success criteria
• Coordinate cross-functional team alignments for final deployments
• Maintain the release calendar for various development environments
• Monitor pre-release quality gates and facilitate Go/No-Go discussions
• Pilot AI and automation tooling to streamline operations
Requirements:
• 5+ years in release or project management
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and delivery tools
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks
• Experience with AI in release processes
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
