Platform Facilitator and Technology Specialist

This role can be based in either Markham, ON or Vancouver, BC.

The Platform Facilitator and Technology Specialist plays a key role in supporting advisor growth, onboarding, and adoption of technology across existing and prospective World source advisors. This individual is responsible for delivering engaging demonstrations of the firm's wealth management platform and technology ecosystem to prospective advisors, facilitating technology training for new and existing advisors and their teams, and providing first-level support for key advisor-facing applications, including financial planning and investment management applications.

Reporting to the Vice President, Practice Growth & Intelligence, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted resource for advisors by helping them understand, adopt, and maximize the firm's technology solutions while contributing to a positive advisor experience.

• Delivering compelling demonstrations of the firm's technology platform to prospective advisors and branch teams;
• Partnering with the Business Development team in delivering compelling demonstrations of the firm's technology platform to prospective advisors and branch teams;
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the firm's technology offering and value proposition;
• Participating in the facilitation of onboarding sessions for newly recruited advisors and support staff;
• Participating in the development of user guides, training materials, videos, and reference resources;
• Conducting refresher sessions and ongoing education programs to drive technology adoption; and
• Championing best practices and technology adoption across the advisor network.

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, advisor support, training, or technology enablement.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong client service orientation.
• French language proficiency is considered an asset.
• Experience using financial planning software such as Conquest, Navi Plan, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with wealth management trading platforms and advisor workflows.
• Knowledge of investment products, account types, and advisor business processes.
• Experience delivering training programs in person and virtually.
• Completion of industry coursework such as CFP, CSC, or CIM would be considered an asset.

Commensurate with experience; $80,000 to $90,000
