Configure Workday HCM, Recruitment, and Learning systems from Extendicare’s hybrid Head Office environment in Markham, Ontario. Improve HR technology through analysis and collaboration.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, this HR Systems Analyst supports Workday Core HCM, Recruitment, and Learning modules. The role partners with HR, IT, Finance, leaders, and field operations. Its focus includes scalable solutions, employee experience, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM, Recruitment, and Learning
- Translate business requirements into technical Workday solutions
- Assess impacts across processes, reports, security, and integrations
- Support releases through configuration, testing, and validation
- Troubleshoot escalated Service Now tickets and interface issues
- Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, human resources, or related field
- Minimum five years supporting Workday HRIS modules
- Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and advanced formulas
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Workday certification considered an asset
