Shape intuitive digital experiences at SE Health through user-centred design, content strategy, and accessibility across websites, portals, and applications.
The Digital Experience Specialist translates user, business, clinical, and operational needs into practical experience recommendations. You will support research, information architecture, content development, implementation, quality assurance, launch, and optimization. Collaboration spans product, communications, marketing, clinical, privacy, accessibility, technology, data, and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan research, interviews, workshops, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and prioritized recommendations
- Develop content models, navigation, metadata, labels, and calls to action
- Conduct functional, responsive, accessibility, and experience quality assurance
- Use analytics and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Four to six years of progressive digital experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
- Knowledge of user-centred design and information architecture
- Practical WCAG and AODA accessibility review experience
- Experience with Figma, content systems, analytics, and digital publishing
