This internship supports Honeywell Technologies’ documentation management across multiple sites. You will report to the Field Service Manager while consolidating records, improving Documentum usability, and supporting adoption. The placement runs from May 3 to August 27.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather documents from legacy data retention systems
- Consolidate documentation within centralized Documentum platform
- Improve Documentum user interface usability
- Standardize system functions supporting team productivity
- Support user training and system adoption
- Current enrollment in an information technology program
- Current enrollment in computer science or business systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort learning digital systems and software tools
- Content management or data organization experience is beneficial
Build enterprise documentation experience through Documentum configuration, user support, and cross-team collaboration at Honeywell Technologies.
