Customer Data Reporting Analyst

Analyze customer data and reporting for Hydro One in Markham through a 16-month rotation supporting CRM and business processes. Use SAP, SharePoint, and reporting systems to inform customer experience work.

This Customer Data and Report Analyst supports the Process and Reporting Manager within Hydro One’s Customer Experience organization. The role assists with business process development, reporting, SharePoint administration, and CRM initiatives. It also involves analytical reports, forecasting, performance reporting, regulatory requirements, and data validation.

• Develop and continuously improve business processes
• Gather data for planning, forecasting, and performance reports
• Coordinate CRM requirements with business and Business IT
• Facilitate UAT and feedback sessions before implementation
• Monitor data integrity, validation, and quality assurance activities

• Four years of university education in an appropriate field
• Knowledge of business administration, computer, and financial concepts
• Knowledge of project management and business process methodologies
• Experience preparing analytical reports, forecasts, budgets, and business plans
• Over two years up to four years of relevant experience
