Customer Data Reporting Analyst

Analyze customer data and reporting workflows at Hydro One in Markham, supporting CRM, SharePoint, and business process improvement initiatives.

This 16-month rotation supports the Process and Reporting Manager within Customer Experience. You will contribute to process development, analytical reporting, data validation, and CRM-related initiatives. The work includes SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and VBA.

• Improve business processes and recommend reporting solutions
• Gather information for planning, forecasting, and performance reports
• Coordinate CRM requirements with business and technology teams
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and feedback sessions
• Monitor data quality, integrity, and validation issues

• Four years of university education in an appropriate field
• Knowledge of business administration, computer, and financial concepts
• Knowledge of project management and business process methodologies
• Experience preparing analytical reports, planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Over two years up to four years of relevant experience
