What you’ll do:

Develop predictive models for in-depth analysis and improve existing models and processes
Collaborate with Business Development on broker initiatives
Consolidate analyses from various centers of excellence to formulate pricing proposals for rate changes
Work closely with the Personal Insurance team to meet regional and channel mandates
Research and apply traditional and innovative actuarial techniques to business challenges
Develop pricing techniques supporting regional needs and provide pricing support for personal insurance products
Prepare and support regulatory rate filings, documenting actuarial processes and models
Manage special projects, overseeing technical design, scope, timelines, and communication
Coach junior staff and serve as a technical mentor for analysts
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, or related field
Working towards ACAS/FCAS designation
Minimum 4 years of P&C insurance experience, including 2 years as a Senior Analyst preferred
Focus on enhancing customer experience
Curiosity to learn and explore new solutions
Strong mathematical and statistical skills
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficiency in programming; experience with Python, MS Access, SAS, VBA is a plus
