Personal Lines Account Manager
A well-established, independent insurance brokerage is looking for a Personal Lines Broker / Account Manager to join its close-knit team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Personal Lines professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing an established book of business, and providing full-service insurance support.
What You’ll Do- Manage and service an established Personal Lines book of business
- Handle Home, Auto and other Personal Lines products
- Manage new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients
- Work with insurance markets and underwriters to place and service risks
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Identify opportunities to grow the book through new business and referrals
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a high level of client service
- 3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience
- Active RIBO licence in good standing
- Experience managing and servicing a Personal Lines book
- Strong knowledge of Personal Lines products and markets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
- Applied Epic experience is an asset, but training can be provided
- $50,000–$75,000 salary, based on experience
