Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage a team of five Personal Lines Account Managers
• Address escalated client issues and provide solutions
• Expand existing Group insurance relationships effectively
• Handle submissions for high-net-worth insurance opportunities
• Network at industry events to foster new business connections
Requirements:
• 5–7+ years of experience in Personal Lines
• Active RIBO license is necessary
• Previous leadership experience in insurance
• Comprehensive knowledge of Personal Lines products
• Exceptional communication and relationship skills
