Personal Lines CSR - Underwriting​/Service Focus

We're working with a respected brokerage in Markham looking to add a Personal Lines CSR with strong underwriting experience to their team. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to spot details others miss and genuinely enjoys client interaction.

• Put your underwriting knowledge to use - not just data entry, but real file review and risk assessment.
• Hybrid work setup (3 days in-office) with a tight-knit, long-tenured team.
• Commission on both new business and renewals + company-paid benefits.

• Review and assess applications before submission - accuracy and underwriting insight are key.
• Service existing personal lines clients - policy changes, renewals, general inquiries.
• Work directly in Power Broker and carrier portals to manage and process files.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and great client outcomes.

• RIBO license is required.
• 3+ years in a personal lines role, preferably in a brokerage setting.
• Familiarity with the major personal lines markets (Intact, Aviva, Economical, etc.) and how their portals work.
• Comfort with Power Broker
