Insurance Insight Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Claims Administrator to handle claims in the automotive finance industry. This remote-capable role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals fluent in both English and French.
In this position, you will be responsible for adjudicating claims and ensuring comprehensive communication with various stakeholders, including policyholders and insurers. A key part of this role is obtaining your RIBO license, supported by the company. Bring your reliability and commitment to offer outstanding customer service and claims administration to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide client service to external and internal stakeholders
• Review and interpret claim forms and supporting documents
• Offer recommendations based on policy definitions
• Verify coverage through various research methods
• Process communication thoroughly and accurately
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• College degree or two years claims experience
• RIBO Level 1 licensing is mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps
• Must possess exceptional communication skills
