Contract Coordinator (Bilingual – English/French)
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join a collaborative team environment. This is a bilingual (English/French) position reporting to a team supervisor, with a hybrid work model (1 day/week onsite; full-time onsite during training).
Key Responsibilities- Process lease and loan contracts with accuracy
- Review and verify documentation for completeness and compliance
- Validate contract terms, figures, and supporting details
- Identify and resolve discrepancies through communication with external partners
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in financial services or claims processing is an asset
- Ability to meet background screening requirements, including a satisfactory credit check
