Be a key player in the Supply Chain department as a Parts Specialist at MOBIS Parts Canada in Markham, ON. This role involves managing inventory and ensuring product accuracy.
As a Parts Specialist, you'll work directly with local suppliers to maintain inventory levels and facilitate the flow of automotive parts. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and over three years of experience in customer service or procurement roles. This position requires strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify adequate inventory levels for sourced items
• Coordinate with local vendors for on-time shipping
• Process supplier invoices in a timely manner
• Ensure orders for new vehicle launches are placed
• Complete other related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Canadian institution
• Familiarity with vendor management and purchase orders
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
