Hybrid Supply Planner

Position: Hybrid Supply Planner Role
Join Pacific Smoke International as a Supply Planner in a hybrid work setting. Focus on inventory management, supplier relations, and teamwork to support product innovations for safer smoking alternatives.

This role within the Supply Chain team involves orchestrating seamless operations and enhancing supplier performance. You'll have hands-on responsibility for inventory levels and helping launch new products by coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders. Bring your knowledge of product life cycles and customs to contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new product initiatives and inventory planning

• Maintain compliance and performance metrics for vendors

• Conduct bi-weekly inventory assessments

• Coordinate with Finance on purchase orders and payments

• Support process improvements in supply chain systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years supply planning experience

• Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

• Experience with ERP systems a plus

• Willing to travel up to 20%
