About the OpportunityOur client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Parts and Inventory Specialist to join their After Sales Service team in Markham, Ontario. This full-time, in-office role plays an important part in supporting daily service operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating parts orders, and assisting both internal teams and customers.

What You’ll DoAs the Parts and Inventory Specialist, you will help ensure that parts inventory and service operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for supporting service teams, maintaining organized inventory systems, processing parts requests, and responding to customer and internal inquiries.
Your day-to-day work will involve receiving and organizing inventory, picking and packing parts, monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, and maintaining accurate product and inventory information in internal systems.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
- Pick and pack parts for service and sales orders
- Receive incoming inventory and ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation
- Respond to phone and email inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status
- Assist with parts ordering while following established budget and inventory guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels, backorders, stock movement, and inventory turnover
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic inventory audits to support accurate records
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies or variances
- Maintain accurate parts models, product details, and inventory information in internal systems
- Communicate with service teams, internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding parts needs
- Support additional Customer Care and After Sales Service functions as required
- Experience in inventory control, parts coordination, warehouse operations, or a parts department environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for inventory tracking, reporting, and data review
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured operational environment
- A hands-on, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn product systems and internal processes
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
- French language skills are considered an asset
- Experience supporting service, customer care, or after‑sales operations is an asset
- $48,000–$52,000 annually
