About the Opportunity Our client in the food and beverage hospitality sector is seeking a strategic and collaborative Sourcing Manager to help shape how products and partnerships drive business success. Your Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, stakeholder needs, and market insights
Lead complex sourcing projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
Build and manage supplier relationships, driving value, innovation, and continuous improvement
Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
Oversee contract development and negotiations, ensuring compliance and long-term value
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, supporting business continuity
Skills and Qualifications 2-3+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiation
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Analytical mindset with experience in spend analysis and cost optimization
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement or ERP systems
