We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and versatile Supply Chain Analyst who is eager to make an impact and grow within our organization. This role plays a key part in optimizing distribution, inventory, and collaborative operations to support franchisee success and supply chain excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesDistribution & Franchisee Operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day distributor and franchisee operations
- Ensure accurate information sharing and timely communication with partners
- Facilitate documentation, validate distributor data, and track inventory levels and lead times
- Consolidate order guide information to ensure item and pricing accuracy for internal and external partners
Inventory & Demand Analysis
- Compile, review, and analyze distributor sales data alongside internal data to improve order fulfillment
- Use analytics and software tools to monitor productivity, optimize processes, and anticipate risks
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels at distributors and third-party storage locations
- Manage risks related to obsolescence and product shelf life to ensure uninterrupted supply
Supply Chain Collaboration & Partner Support
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders, including 3PLs, suppliers, distributors, and retail locations
- Review and validate pricing, service levels, and contract compliance
- Identify and elevate discrepancies while supporting resolution efforts
- Work closely with Operations to resolve supply issues and maintain consistent product availability
Budgeting & Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze supply chain budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Inventory carrying costs
- Monitor operational performance to identify efficiency gains, cost reductions, and process improvements
Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as required to support overall Supply Chain operations
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or distribution operations
- Experience in retail or food service environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); experience with ERP systems
- Clear, proactive communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license required; must be able to travel to partner locations and stores
- Occasional travel within North America required; valid passport necessary
