A position is available for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Specialist fluent in English and French in Markham, Ontario. Focus on contract management, competitive sourcing, and maximized supplier value.
This full-time position requires 3-5 years in strategic sourcing or related fields. Work collaboratively with Strategic Sourcing Managers to manage complex sourcing initiatives. You will handle the entire procurement process, from analysis to negotiation, while maintaining supplier performance metrics and enhancing client contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company policies
• Review and measure effectiveness of sourcing strategies
• Negotiate contracts ensuring optimum pricing and value
• Conduct opportunities assessments for strategic projects
• Prepare and manage sourcing documentation and reports
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience
• Advanced analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication skills
