As a Replenishment Analyst reporting to the Replenishment Manager, your primary duties include analyzing inventory levels and forecasting demands to ensure optimal stock across stores. You'll collaborate with various departments while utilizing advanced tools for decision-making and vendor management. This role impacts inventory performance significantly within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate financial and promotional strategies into inventory plans
• Ensure appropriate service levels in distribution and stores
• Investigate inventory exceptions and root causes of issues
• Coordinate inventory strategies for special orders/events
• Document processes related to replenishment activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years focused on inventory replenishment
• Relevant business education or experience
• Familiarity with JDA Demand and Fulfillment
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
• Background in retail, preferably pet products
