Procurement Buyer

Position: Procurement Buyer at Green Infrastructure Partners
Elevate procurement success with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Procurement Buyer. This role involves sourcing, supplier contact, and streamlining purchasing activities.

As a key support in procurement operations, you will manage sourcing, purchase order processing, and day-to-day purchasing needs. This position also requires the analysis of data for cost-saving opportunities and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the Procure-to-Pay process. You'll foster relationships with suppliers while ensuring efficient supplier negotiations and compliance across procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities and supplier communication

• Analyze data for cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

• Support operational requests and order materials promptly

• Build relationships with stakeholders and Project Managers

• Conduct supplier evaluations and RFQ processes effectively

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Procurement or Supply Chain Management

• Experience in construction materials procurement preferred

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis

• Valid driver's license is an asset
