Education

• Bachelor’s degree in reputable Canadian university.

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with local suppliers and purchase order management.
• Hands‑on experience with P2P processes and ERP systems (Asset).
• Exposure to JIT methods (Asset).

• Ensure sufficient inventory levels for locally sourced items.
• Coordinating with local vendors to ensure products are timely shipped.
• Timely processing of local supplier invoices.
• Ensure initial orders are placed for new vehicle launches.
• Other key tasks as assigned.

• Firm understanding of the P2P process.
• Vendor relationship management and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
