Position: Inventory Specialist for Supply Chain Efficiency
Enhance supply chain performance as an Inventory Specialist reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor. This role focuses on improving inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity.

The Inventory Specialist will analyze inventory trends and warehouse processes to optimize storage utilization and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. Collaborating with Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, IT, and Finance teams, you will implement best practices that improve inventory flow and customer service. Your focus on data-driven decision-making will support continuous process improvement and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory accuracy and shrinkage trends

• Support cycle count governance with variance analysis

• Monitor daily cycle counts and OS&D

• Investigate inventory discrepancies timely

• Develop storage optimization strategies for the warehouse

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a PDC environment

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business computing

• Proficiency in VBA, Power BI, and SQL scripting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and time management abilities
