Procurement Buyer Position at GIP

Contribute to procurement excellence at Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Procurement Buyer. Manage purchasing, supplier relationships, and optimize procurement strategies.

In this role, you'll facilitate the entire purchasing process and be a trusted contact for procurement enquiries. You'll leverage your analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and partner with teams to improve the Procure-to-Pay process. Additionally, you will handle negotiations with suppliers and assist with all sourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end purchasing processes and supplier communications

• Analyze procurement data and implement cost-saving strategies

• Manage procurement inquiries and operational requests

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

• Drive continuous improvement efforts within procurement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in Procurement or Supply Chain roles

• Previous experience in construction materials procurement is preferred

• Excellent detail orientation and accuracy in data tasks

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

• Advanced proficiency in Excel required
