Position: Inventory Buyer for Public Sector
Join our team as an Inventory Buyer focused on public sector programs. Leverage supplier-sponsored initiatives to optimize inventory and ensure a seamless purchasing process.

This role is central to managing inventory allocations and processing purchase orders while fully utilizing available discounts and freight programs. As an Inventory Buyer, you'll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to address post-submission challenges and guarantee efficient order fulfillment across various products. Your attention to detail and communication skills will drive successful sourcing and supplier collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate inventory and process purchase orders for sales and stock orders

• Understand and utilize supplier-sponsored discount programs effectively

• Collaborate with teams to resolve purchase order issues post-submission

• Maintain the Ordered Queue efficiently

• Provide data support for Purchasing and Procurement projects

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1–2 years of buying experience preferred

• Customer service-focused communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities
