In this role, you will work alongside Strategic Sourcing Managers to implement sourcing strategies that optimize costs and mitigate risks. Your responsibilities will include executing competitive bids and managing supplier performance metrics. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills are essential for achieving sourcing objectives and driving operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and recommend sourcing strategies that maximize value
• Lead competitive bidding processes and negotiations with suppliers
• Manage supplier performance and implement improvement metrics
• Prepare detailed reports and support team initiatives
• Adhere to company policies and provide templates for documentation
Requirements:
• Professional certification or relevant degree
• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing
• Advanced problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with stakeholder management
