Night Shift Support at Scotlynn

Become a vital component of Scotlynn's After-Hours Support team at our Corporate Office in Vittoria, ON, where you will provide crucial evening assistance to our drivers and dispatch operations. This role emphasizes organizational skills and effective communication.

As a key player in this full-time position, you'll handle requests and track logistics in a two-week shift rotation. Each week consists of 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday and 12-hour shifts on weekends. While logistics experience is not required, strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers and manage pick-up and delivery tasks

• Track loads and communicate vital information

• Address issues by relaying information effectively

• Document requests and updates in required systems

• Ensure timely verification and reporting of schedules
