The position requires a seasoned Sourcing Specialist to lead programs and collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple teams. Candidates must possess at least five years in sourcing within a significant industrial setting, with a strong foundation in Grid Automation product lines. Effective problem-solving and project management abilities are essential for overcoming challenges in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Sourcing Reviews and strategic meetings
• Engage with Supplier Quality Engineers for performance
• Lead initiatives for supplier engagement and delivery
• Conduct vendor product analysis and qualifications
• Oversee purchasing contracts and performance metrics
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree, Engineering or Business preferred
• Minimum 5 years in Sourcing/Procurement
• Strong communication and influencing abilities
• Experience with Oracle or SAP purchasing systems
• Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards
