Fleet Intern Excel Analytics

Apply Excel and analytical skills as a Fleet Intern supporting more than 2,000 vehicles and drivers in Markham or Thornhill, Ontario.

Black & McDonald’s Corporate Services Group seeks a Winter Co-op Fleet Intern reporting to the Director of Fleet. You will support analytical projects, automation, documentation, and process mapping while contributing to fleet programs serving the national vehicle and driver fleet. This internship builds hands-on experience through administrative and project work.

• Identify trends and cost optimization opportunities through analytical projects
• Develop or test workflow automations and improve digital processes
• Maintain accurate fleet documentation with clear version control
• Map workflows, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement
• Prepare reports, manage files, and update systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail during repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
