Parts Coordinator Inventory

This Parts Coordinator supports service operations by coordinating parts for technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders. You will process orders, monitor stock, and maintain accurate records. The work requires organization, problem-solving, and timely communication across suppliers and service teams.

• Receive, process, and track parts orders from stakeholders
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Replenish inventory and place purchase orders
• Verify shipments and inspect parts condition
• Support technicians with scheduled-work parts availability

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two-plus years in parts, inventory, supply chain, or logistics
• Inventory management or ERP system experience
• Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and communication
