Optimize eCommerce last mile operations with Pet Valu in Markham, using KPI analysis and 3PL performance management in a hybrid workplace.
As an eCommerce Last Mile Specialist, you will support cost-effective fulfillment operations and service level agreement commitments. You will monitor 3PL performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and develop logistics metrics. The role combines reporting, analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support Pet Valu's supply chain transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor 3PL performance against key performance indicators and SLAs
- Troubleshoot mis-ships, short ships, damages, and delivery quality issues
- Communicate weekly reporting with appropriate internal stakeholders
- Analyze network costs, budget variances, and freight expenses
- Maintain standard operating procedures and process maps
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum two years in supply chain, logistics, or eCommerce fulfillment
- Experience with data analysis, KPI tools, and reporting preferred
- Experience with WMS and managing 3PL service providers preferred
- Experience with network modelling preferred
