Offshore Sourcing Specialist

Lead overseas sourcing from Mind Games’ Markham office, using supplier negotiation and landed-cost analysis across toys, games, and collectibles.

As an Offshore Sourcing Specialist, you will source and qualify suppliers, manage quotations, samples, production timelines, and purchasing activities. The work supports merchandise categories including toys, games, collectibles, and specialty products, primarily with overseas partners in China. You will coordinate with merchandising, quality, compliance, marketing, logistics, and international suppliers.

• Source and onboard qualified overseas manufacturers and suppliers
• Manage quotations, samples, costs, orders, and production follow-up
• Negotiate costs, tooling, quantities, terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare landed-cost analyses covering import-related expenses
• Monitor production, resolve risks, and coordinate approvals

• Four or more years of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to qualify factories and negotiate commercial terms
• Knowledge of landed costing, freight, customs, and duties
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and costing-model skills
• Mandarin and international travel willingness are strong assets
