Lead continuous improvement across Johnson & Johnson’s Canadian Distribution operations in Markham, using Lean, Six Sigma, and analytics. Partner across supply chain functions.
The Continuous Improvement Lead advances the J&J Operating System culture across Canada. This professional role leads strategic initiatives supporting Med Tech, Innovative Medicine, and Surgical Vision. You will improve safety, service, quality, productivity, compliance, and cost performance through operational strategies, digital solutions, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the site continuous improvement strategy and roadmap
- Drive Lean, JJOS, Gemba, and root-cause initiatives
- Manage projects from ideation through implementation and sustainability
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, and analytics solutions
- Partner across supply chain and distribution teams
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Engineering preferred - Minimum four years of related work experience
- Supply Chain or Logistics experience required
- Operating System, Lean, or Six Sigma experience preferred
- Lean certification preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred
