Position: Experienced Building Operator Wanted
Dream Summit Industrial is on the lookout for a skilled Building Operator to enhance our tenant experience and operational efficiency. This full-time role requires a proactive maintenance professional.

With a focus on tenant satisfaction, you will leverage your 3-5 years of building maintenance experience to carry out maintenance tasks and ensure smooth operations. Your problem-solving skills and dedication will be essential in supporting our community and addressing their needs promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on key systems

• Address service calls for tenants quickly and safely

• Manage the aesthetic and safety standards of properties

• Oversee contractors to ensure project compliance

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant building maintenance experience

• Valid Class G driver’s license needed

• BES Operator Class I certification advantageous

• Knowledge of safety and fire codes

• Proficient communication and technical skills
