• Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.
• Human Resources Exemption: No
• Experience: One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)
• Education: Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
• Licenses: Valid Class 5 driver's license;
  Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
• Other Education and Training: Pool Operator certificate, where required;
  Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job;
  Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by job
• Competencies: Interpersonal skills;
  Communication skills;
  Basic - Computer skills;
  Organizational skills
• Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to work independently;
