Position: Part-Time Custodian for Community Center
Join Cornerstone Christian Community Church as a Part-Time Custodian, responsible for general cleaning and maintenance in our community center.

Your role is pivotal in fostering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

You will execute daily cleaning tasks, set up spaces for programs, and inspect the facility regularly for safety. Interaction with renters is a key aspect, where your customer service skills will shine. This position enables you to contribute positively to the church's mission while taking pride in maintaining the facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cleaning throughout the church facility

• Assist with event space preparation and breakdown

• Identify safety hazards and perform inspections regularly

• Carry out light maintenance tasks as required

• Welcome renters and provide necessary information

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Flexibility for evenings and weekends

• WHMIS or willingness to obtain safety training
