Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests

• Conduct inspections and prepare apartments for leasing

• Maintain cleanliness in grounds and common areas

• Track maintenance supplies and update inventory

• Complete necessary documentation accurately

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience

• Valid EPA certifications favored

• Experience in property management is a plus

• Proficiency with Yardi PMS and customer service

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings
