We are hiring a reliable Janitor / Light Facilities Maintenance worker for a full-time opportunity in Markham, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general janitorial duties throughout different areas of the facility
• Clean and maintain washrooms, offices, common areas, production spaces, and other assigned areas
• Complete light facilities maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with basic wall repairs, touch-up painting, fixtures, and similar tasks
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Report larger maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor as needed
• Remain flexible and assist in different areas of the facility as required

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning experience
• Experience completing minor repairs or light facility maintenance work as needed
• Comfortable working independently and managing assigned tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Able to perform physical duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement
• Available to work the full 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule
• Must be willing and able to complete a criminal background check for employment
