Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory, team lead, or maintenance leadership experience.
  • Experience working in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
  • Background in:
    • Aerospace Manufacturing

Candidates from aerospace and automotive manufacturing environments are strongly preferred, as these industries align most closely with our equipment and maintenance requirements.

The successful candidate will be a technically strong maintenance professional who thrives on solving complex equipment issues. You are a hands‑on leader with a proven track record of troubleshooting sophisticated manufacturing systems, driving equipment reliability, and supporting production success.
