CBRE Group, Inc. in Markham is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee day-to-day FM services, coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently and safely.
You will supervise staff, develop maintenance plans, monitor performance and contribute to budgets and continuous improvement of facilities operations.
This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of CMMS, and compliance with municipal, provincial and federal standards.
