You will ensure the smooth running of community arenas, pools, and other facilities while reporting to the Community Facility Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include operating specialized equipment, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring security and cleanliness. Excellent teamwork and communication skills will enhance your effectiveness in this pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee facility opening and closing procedures
• Operate specialized maintenance and safety equipment
• Conduct thorough cleaning and general maintenance
• Address patron requests and maintenance issues
• Maintain safety protocols throughout the facility
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in recreational facility management
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent
• Certified Pool Operator and Basic Refrigeration Certificate
• Ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service
• Current certification in Standard First Aid
