Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the cleaning and maintenance team for optimal service

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in building maintenance and trades
• RPA Certificate and/or Facility Management certification
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in various software tools
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
