Advance safety initiatives with Ramudden Global North America as a Health & Safety Manager specializing in Programs and Claims. Oversee claims management, lead safety compliance, and mentor your team effectively.
In this leadership position, you will ensure the successful execution of the Ramudden Safety Program across Canada. With 5-7 years of progressive Health & Safety experience, you will oversee the Programs & Claims team, assisting in ISO 45001 certification and providing guidance on health and safety regulations. Collaborate closely with field operations to align initiatives and promote safety culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the Programs & Claims team’s daily operations
• Lead annual safety deliverables ensuring compliance
• Oversee WSIB and occupational injury claims management
• Prepare quarterly health and safety performance reports
• Facilitate ongoing training for staff and orientation
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation (asset)
• Minimum 5-7 years in Health & Safety roles
• Knowledge of Canadian Health & Safety legislation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
