In this vital leadership role, you will oversee the Global Engineering organization at Murata Power Solutions. Your expertise in power electronics and hands-on leadership will guide multidisciplinary teams through all phases of product development. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to align engineering strategies with company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive annual engineering business planning and strategic investments
• Develop high-performing global engineering teams
• Implement Design for Manufacturability best practices
• Ensure product optimization via Value Analysis initiatives
• Lead and develop engineering directors and managers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years in power electronics design and development
• 10+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Proficient in Japanese language preferred
• Proven success in commercializing power conversion products
