This role involves overseeing a team of Brokers under the Senior Manager of OTIP Service. You will ensure a positive work environment, deliver insightful coaching, and use performance data to enhance outcomes. You'll play a pivotal part in team recruitment and maintaining strong relationships with partners in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach Brokers for exceptional service
• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics
• Facilitate recruitment for team culture alignment
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives with leadership
• Manage member issue resolutions promptly
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in customer service sectors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Capability to utilize data to inform decisions
• Organizational skills for managing priorities
• RIBO License or willingness to obtain
