Senior Project Manager for Capital Projects

Take the lead in impactful capital projects with Colliers Project Leaders in Northern Ontario. This role focuses on transforming community infrastructure with strategic management and client partnership.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will deliver essential projects that enhance living conditions in communities. Your deep knowledge of design and construction will enable you to serve as a trusted advisor to clients while leading your project teams to success in a collaborative environment. You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships and guiding project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client projects to achieve their strategic goals

• Develop and implement project deliverables and reporting

• Coach and mentor project managers and team members

• Manage project financials, contracts, and change orders

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on-site

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar discipline

• At least 10 years of experience in related project delivery

• Strong client engagement and project planning skills

• Familiarity with construction contract law and methodologies

• Excellent leadership and communication qualities
