AECOM is seeking a results-driven Senior Design-Build Project Manager to join our Buildings + Places team.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-profile projects using Design-Build and alternative delivery models, including Progressive or Modified Design-Build, Alliance, and Integrated Project Delivery. You will be embedded within high-performing, multidisciplinary teams acting as the single point of accountability for project delivery, integrating design and construction to achieve exceptional outcomes. This is a newly created position.

You will play a critical leadership role, shaping project execution, driving commercial value engineering strategies, building lasting GC and client relationships while delivering impactful infrastructure and building projects across Canada.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Design-Build leader looking to take ownership of major projects and contribute to the continued growth of AECOM’s presence in the delivery of alternative delivery projects.

You will lead the full project lifecycle with a strong focus on integration, execution, and performance:

• Lead Design-Build and alternative delivery projects from early strategy through construction and close-out
• Act as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety outcomes
• Drive project execution strategies that integrate design, construction, and stakeholder requirements

• Partner with Design Build contractors, joint venture partners, consultants, and internal teams to ensure constructability and alignment
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and project controls
• Ensure seamless integration between design development and construction execution

• Manage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, fee management, and margin optimization
