Operations Finance Manager at Sienna

Your responsibilities will include managing a team of accountants and analysts, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and driving process improvements. This position requires strong financial acumen and leadership for successful integration of acquisitions and developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for varied residences

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes

• Drive system and process improvements

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports

• Lead team engagement and mentor CPA students

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 1-2 years of people management experience

• Experience in Big 4 or Public Accounting Firm

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
