Confined Space Rescue Supervisor Field Operations Leadership Opportunity

Company: Tundra Rescue

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Ontario—field-based with travel throughout the province

Our client, Tundra Rescue is looking for an experienced Confined Space Rescue Supervisor who is ready to become one of the next leaders of our field operations team.

This is a hands-on field leadership position for someone who is technically capable, dependable, calm under pressure, and motivated to help develop the people around them. The successful candidate will supervise confined space and technical rescue deployments while also supporting training, operational readiness, equipment management, and the continued development of Tundra Rescue’s field team.

We are looking for a person who wants more than their next project. We want someone interested in building a long-term career, growing into greater responsibility, and helping shape the future of our confined space and technical rescue operations.

About Tundra Rescue

Tundra Rescue provides professional confined space rescue, high-angle rescue, rope access, safety training, and specialized industrial support services throughout Ontario.

Our teams work in a wide range of industrial, construction, infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, mining, and institutional environments. Our clients rely on us to arrive prepared, work safely, communicate professionally, and remain ready to respond when conditions become difficult or unpredictable.

The Opportunity

The Confined Space Rescue Supervisor will lead assigned field teams and maintain overall responsibility for the safe preparation, execution, and closeout of confined space rescue deployments.

The successful candidate will serve as a working supervisor—actively participating in field operations while providing leadership, technical direction, mentorship, and effective care for the people assigned to their team.

This position may develop into a more senior field operations leadership role for the right individual.
