Lead Lightspeed's Revenue Operations for the B2B unit, cultivating a high-performing team and ensuring strategic alignment. Drive efficiency and growth through insightful reporting and KPI management.
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing operational excellence and supporting revenue growth strategies. This position involves partnering closely with Finance and GTM leadership to establish effective KPI tracking throughout the customer journey. Your insights will help shape strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead weekly and bi-weekly performance reviews for GTM teams
• Develop and refine key performance indicators to track success
• Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with GTM leaders
• Conduct quota analysis and provide coverage recommendations
• Oversee quarterly reforecasting in collaboration with Finance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Over 6 years in a go-to-market environment
• Proven experience managing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Fluency in English required
